TERMS OF SERVICE     

 

Mission Statement

Classic Rolls Royce Services provides superb and luxurious Rolls Royce's at affordable rates.  Customer satisfaction is our primary goal at Classic Rolls Royce Services.  Our teams of experienced, friendly and courteous drivers posses the knowledge and skills to ensure that our passengers travel in comfort, safety and luxury.  The quality and condition of our vehicles ensures exemplary service to every customer.

 

General Information

Customer/Renter is defined as the person(s) who executes the Agreement and any other party to whom the charges are billed with the Customer's consent and at the direction of said party of person(s) executing this Agreement with all parties being jointly and severally liable for payment of charges billed.

Rental services require minimum of four (4) hours; however this time period may be waived due to special circumstances agreed upon by Customer/Renter and Classic Rolls Royce Services in advance.  The maximum number of passengers per vehicle is four (4) per reservation.

 

Payment

The cost to reserve Classic Rolls Royce Services is $125 per hour and gratuity of 17% + tax is included in the cost of the rental.  However the cost to reserve may be subject to change due to fluctuating operational expenses.  A non-refundable deposit/cancellation fee of $175 is required prior to the date of the event by cash or credit card.  Upon completion of services, the deposit is deducted from the total cost of the rental.  Charges are to be paid in full seven (7)  days before the reservation date unless prior arrangements have been made.

In the event that the full amount of the reservation is paid in advance and the customer subsequently cancels the reservation, the customer must do so with in seven (7) days of the reservation date to receive a refund less the amount of the non-refundable deposit/cancellation fee of $175.

Payments may be made by cash or credit card, i.e. (American Express, Diners Club, Visa and Master Card).  If a credit card is used, the entire remaining balance will be charged at the time of Customer pickup.  The Customer signature on the Rental Agreement also allows Classic Rolls Royce Service to charge your card for damages incurred to the vehicle for which the Customer/Occupants are at fault.

The primary name on the confirmed reservation (the primary renter) must be the individual whose credit card is used to pay the cost of the reservation.

 

Alcohol

Complimentary drinks are provided to RIDERS of  LEGAL DRINKING AGE and are not to be removed from the vehicle at any time.

 

Drugs

Classic Rolls Royce Services enforces a zero tolerance policy and does not allow the use of any type of illegal substances in the vehicles.  Additionally, there is NO SMOKING of any kind allowed in the vehicles.  Breach of the aforementioned policy will constitute immediate forfeiture of all monies related to the reservation of the vehicle and the service of Classic Rolls Royce Services. 

 

Behavior

There will be no use of profanity, abuse of the drive and/or any type of behavior that a reasonable person might consider offensive or intolerable while utilizing Classic Rolls Royce Services.  Should such an even occur, Customer/Renter forfeits all monies related to the cost of the reservation of the vehicle and the service of Classic Rolls Royce Services.

 

Prom Rentals

Prom specials are provided solely for the students, not parents or other family members unless prior arrangements are made between Management of Classic Rolls Royce Services specifically and NOT THE DRIVER.

 

Waiver of Liability

Each vehicle is insured for the driver and said passengers of Classic Rolls Royce Services. 

Some circumstances develop which are beyond our control of Classic Rolls Royce Services such as weather and/or travel delays.  Classic Rolls Royce Services shall not be responsible for late arrivals, scheduling changes, inconvenience or damage from delayed service to any destination due to unforeseen circumstances.  It is advised that the customer plan for such delays in advance and plan the scheduled pick-up time accordingly.

Classic Rolls Royce Services is not responsible for consequential damages that the customer's may sustain as a result of Classic Rolls Royce Services failure to perform any of the transportation services promised due to reasonable unforeseen circumstances.  If Classic Rolls Royce Services fails to adequately perform the services promised, the customer damages are limited to a full refund of costs including the paid deposit.

The Customer/Renter assumes the risk of loss or theft of any items left in the vehicle.  Classic Rolls Royce Services will not assume any loss for the customer/renter's decision to do so.

 

Loss or Damage to Vehicle

In the event of LOSS OR DAMAGE to vehicle due to negligent fault of the Customer/Renter,  the aforementioned shall bare the entire cost of the amount said loss and/or damage including loss of use charges for the duration that the vehicle is inoperable due to repairs and/or replacement of said vehicle.
